Information on the Site including health content, product descriptions, or referrals is for informational purposes only and not medical advice. WFWW disclaims liability for any illness, injury, or outcomes resulting from use of products or advice referenced on the Site. Statements have not been evaluated by the FDA.

Governing Law & Arbitration

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Illinois.

Waiver & Severability

Failure by WFWW to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver. If any provision is deemed invalid, the remainder of the Terms remains enforceable.

Dispute Resolution

Before initiating any legal proceedings, you agree to attempt to resolve the dispute through informal negotiations with WFWW. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, you agree to submit to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
