Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Win From Within Wellness (“WFWW”), we are committed to providing exceptional care and clarity in all scheduling, billing, and product‑related interactions. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines how cancellations, rescheduling, refunds, and product returns are handled for all services and offerings provided through WFWW.

  1. Appointment Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Client‑Initiated Cancellations

    To respect the time of our practitioners and other clients, WFWW requires:

    • 24‑hour notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment

    • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will be charged the full session fee

  • No‑Show Policy

    A “no‑show” (missing an appointment without notice) will be charged the full session fee. Repeated no‑shows may result in limited scheduling availability.

  • Late Arrivals

    If you arrive late, your session will end at the originally scheduled time to avoid delaying the next client. The full session fee still applies.

  1. Refunds for Services

WFWW does not offer refunds for: Completed sessions, Missed appointments, Late cancellations, Functional medicine consultations, Health coaching sessions, Personalized protocols or recommendations. Once a service has been delivered or a practitioner’s time has been reserved, the fee is considered earned.

  1. Memberships, Packages & Programs

  • Memberships

    Membership fees are non‑refundable once the billing cycle has begun. You may cancel future billing cycles at any time with written notice.

  • Session Packages
    Prepaid packages are non‑refundable, but may be transferred to another individual with WFWW approval.

  • Digital Programs, Courses & Downloads
    Due to the nature of digital content, all digital purchases are final and non‑refundable.

  1. Product Returns

  • Items Provided Directly by Win From Within Wellness (WFWW)

    WFWW always strives to ensure you receive the exact products you ordered, whether purchased in person, by phone, or via email. If you received an incorrect item that is unopened, please contact us so we can arrange to provide the correct product and accept your return. Before requesting a return for any other reason, please review the following: Pre‑approval is required for all returns and must be requested within 7 days of receipt, Refrigerated items cannot be returned and Special orders, herbal blends, advanced lab testing kits (urine, stool, saliva, etc.) and blood lab test fees are non‑returnable and non‑refundable.

  • Items Purchased Through Outside Vendors

    All items purchased through third‑party vendors (e.g. Designs for Health, Fullscript etc.) are subject to their own customer service and return/refund policies.

  • WFWW is not responsible for
    Third‑party errors, Shipping delays, Product quality, Manufacturing issues or Vendor policies. Always review the policies of any third‑party vendor you purchase from. Please contact those companies directly for assistance with returns or replacements.

WFWW may reference or recommend third‑party labs, pharmacies, or supplement companies.

  1. Workshops, Events & Group Programs

  • Live Events

    • Cancellations made 7+ days before the event: eligible for a full credit toward future WFWW services

    • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event: non‑refundable

  • Virtual Workshops
    All virtual workshop sales are final, as access is granted immediately.

  1. Payment Issues & Billing Errors

If you believe a billing error has occurred, notify WFWW within 7 days of the charge. We will review the issue and correct any verified errors promptly.

  1. Exceptions

WFWW may make exceptions in cases of: Medical emergencies, Severe illness or Unforeseen circumstances. Exceptions are granted at the sole discretion of WFWW.

WFWW may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
